    Jimmy “The Chef” Sadegi is a renowned cannabis breeder with 30+ years of experience across four continents. He specializes in large-scale, pharmaceutical-grade cannabis cultivation and has co-founded award-winning companies.

    Known for his groundbreaking work in cannabis genetics, Sadegi has won multiple Cannabis Cup awards and focuses on preserving rare landrace strains with unique terpene profiles.

    With degrees in international business and marketing from Indiana University and culinary training from Johnson & Wales, he brings a unique skill set to Los Alamos Gardens, where he leads biodynamic and organic farming as Chief Cultivation Officer and Director of R&D.

    Director of Operations

    Trevor is from the scenic city of Santa Barbara, he embodies a calm and collected presence while expertly handling the various responsibilities that keep Los Alamos Gardens thriving. His keen business sense and attention to detail ensure the farm operates efficiently throughout the year, from managing logistics to optimizing daily operations. Outside of work, Trevor has a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. When he's not focused on the farm, you can often find him catching waves along the stunning beaches of the Central Coast or spending time enjoying the area's natural beauty. His love for both numbers and nature keeps him grounded and inspired.

    Compliance & Operations Manager

    Born and raised on California's Central Coast, Staci ventured into the cannabis industry in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, and administrative management.
